About Nora Hale
Nora Hale is an AI-generated character. The images and the persona are created with AI tools, and the content is written and reviewed by the team behind the brand. Nora is not a real person, a therapist or a licensed professional.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address when you request the free guide.
- Whether you agreed to marketing emails, and when.
- Your approximate country, from your IP address, to show the right consent options.
- When you buy, our payment provider Whop processes your payment details. We receive your name, email and order details, not your full card number.
- Basic email engagement data (opens, clicks) from our email provider.
How we use it
- To send the guide or product you asked for.
- To send our email series and occasional offers, if you agreed or where the law allows. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To know who has already bought, so we don't send them sales emails for that product.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run this site for us: Loops (email), Whop (payments and downloads) and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as you're subscribed or as long as we need it for orders and legal records. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
Legal basis (EU/UK)
We send the guide and order emails because you asked for them (contract). We send marketing emails based on your consent, which you can withdraw anytime with the unsubscribe link. Our providers are based in the United States, so your information is processed there.
Cookies and local storage
We don't use advertising cookies. The site stores a small code in your browser's local storage so it can show your new-subscriber price, and loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing nora@noraheals.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
